People always say that cats are selfish and cold. But anyone who has ever had a cat knows that this stereotype is not accurate at all. Cats can be just as affectionate and loving as dogs. And if you don’t believe us, take a look at the story of a Polish cat named Ramadenes.

When he showed up at an animal clinic with a severe respiratory infection, rescuers didn’t think he was going to survive. What followed really needs to be seen to be believed.

Ramadenes arrived at the animal hospital as a tiny kitten with a respiratory infection that threatened his life.

The employees assumed they would have to put him down.

But miraculously, he pulled through – and decided he wanted to stay.

He now helps nurse the clinic’s other patients back to health.

Especially those that had to undergo complicated procedures.

No matter what, Ramadenes is there to help.

Sometimes, he even leads group sessions!

He’s been where they are, and knows that a little company can go a long way when you’re sick.

The staff at the clinic now refers to Ramadenes as their “nurse”.

He is also the clinic’s official mascot.

And it’s easy to see why.

So much for cats being cold hearted!

He sure looks like he loves his job!

What a sweet kitty.

Now THIS is why we love animals!

There is something so pure about what Ramadenes is doing for other animals. Way to go, little guy!
